State
Cuts are tough to get and historically even tougher at
the 2nd Shave Meet.
Holt 200yd Freestyle
Relay posted a 1:32.57
which is not only a state cut but would have won the
event at the Conference Finals. CONGRATS to;
Mitch Fisher (22.64), Eric Dawdy (22.92), Dustin Haskel
(~23.50) and Kaleb Hebert (~23.51)
One
final task .....can we re-taper for States? After
this past weekend I wouldn't bet against it.

WELL
DONE
Well you
train all season. Get frustrated when you don't
drop time in mid-season. Get upset when you're
sick and don't drop time......Wonder if you'll ever
break through. Threaten to quit and question if
it's all worth it. If you're a swimmer at any
level you certainly go through this.
YES
- IT'S ALL WORTH IT !!!
Not
only did Prelims see 2 State Cuts but every swim except
2 were lifetime bests. That's impressive.
That's training, that's motivation, tapered and ready to
swim.
After
a long day of swimming the Holt Rams
400yd Freestyle Relay
wrapped up the day with another
STATE CUT.
All total the Rams will be sending 2 individuals and 1
relay to the state finals.
NICE JOB AT ALL LEVELS

Holt 160 Grand Ledge 154
Little know
factoid-- Tonight's Scoring

Every race was important and every place was important.

what place you're competing for.

Dustin Haskell's
